I love pancakes, but so many of the recipes out there aren’t the healthiest so I thought I’d share this healthy recipe with you using Chocolate Shakeology. It is high in protein, vitamins, and minerals.


1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology or Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
1 x Ripe Banana
2 x Medium Free Range Eggs
½ Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Strawberries
2 x Tbsp Organic Fat-Free Yogurt
1 x Tsp Olive Oil


Mash banana
Add eggs and mix well
Add Chocolate Shakeology and mix well
Heat up oil in a frying pan
Divide batter in 4
Pour in pan and swirl in pan to cover pan surface
Wait for bubbles to form on top then flip over
The second side will cook quickly so keep an eye on it.
Makes 4 medium-sized pancakes
Top with yogurt and berries
Swap outs
Shakeology for protein powder
Yogurt for Skyr or Quark (a soft cheese with the consistency of yogurt but twice the protein content)
Use berries or fruit of choice.
